Recreation & Leisure Programs in Ingham, Eaton & Clinton Counties

Local hospitals and other organizations offer health and wellness classes geared toward specific diseases and chronic conditions, as well as general fitness classes. Class offerings and schedules will vary.  Contact the organization directly for more information.

Lansing Parks and Recreation Department

Hosts a wide variety of activities, including those for older adults throughout the year. Silver Sneakers

The YMCA (Young Men’s Christian Association)

Offers a variety of physical fitness programs including swimming classes, open swim, exercise and aerobics programs.  Contact your local YMCA for more details or visit www.ymcaoflansing.org.
