Online Learning Resources for Older Adults in Ingham, Eaton & Clinton Counties

Michigan State University Extension (MSU Extension)

MSU Extension offers in person and online learning. Several programs are the same that TCOA offers (such as Diabetes PATH, Chronic Pain PATH, Matter of Balance, Walk with Ease and Powerful Tools for Caregivers). TCOA and MSU Extension often partner together on these programs. However, MSU Extension offers additional programs for older adults such as Tai Chi for Arthritis, SLEEP, RELAX: Alternatives to Anger, and Stress Less with Mindfulness.
