The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Aging & Adult Services Agency (AASA) is working to make sure the programs and services available to Michigan’s older adults and persons with disabilities continue to meet their needs. The survey is an opportunity to learn about immediate needs and challenges impacting older adults, caregivers, and persons with disabilities during the COVID-19 pandemic. MDHHS AASA will use the survey results to improve programs and services available to older adults and persons with disabilities throughout the pandemic and beyond.
If you are age 60 or over and/or have a disability and reside in Michigan, please complete the survey by clicking here. Your responses will help determine how we can best support older adults and persons with disabilities in the upcoming months. The survey closes July 10.
