TCOA Advisory Council Vacancies: City of Lansing, City of East Lansing, Eaton County

Are you an older adult interested in learning firsthand about aging issues and information in the community? Tri-County Office on Aging’s Advisory Council has vacancies for seniors who reside in the following jurisdictions: East Lansing (1 vacancy,) City of Lansing (3 vacancies,) and Eaton County (1 vacancy.) Terms are three years long with a maximum of two consecutive terms.

The Tri-County Office on Aging Advisory Council acts in an advisory capacity to the Consortium Board. At least one-half of the council consists of senior citizens, appointed by their respective units of government. Remaining members represent community agencies appointed by the Consortium Board. This composition offers the perspectives of both seniors and service providers on aging issues.
