The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) invites input from older adults on MDHHS’ new State Plan on Aging

MDHHS’ Bureau of Aging, Community Living and Supports is inviting the public from across the state to participate in its in-person and online Community Conversations to discuss the needs of Michigan’s older adults. The information gathered during Community Conversations, as well as from surveys soon to be available to the public, will be helpful to identify priorities for MDHHS in its continuing support of the health and well-being of Michigan’s older adult population and their caregivers.

Older Adult and Caregiver Survey

Adults aged 60 and older, as well as family caregivers, are invited to complete this survey. The survey link will remain open through Friday, February 24, 2023.
