The TCOA Consortium Board is a cooperative intergovernmental body composed of elected officials (or their designees) including representation from the Lansing Mayor’s Office, Lansing and East Lansing City Councils, and the Clinton, Eaton and Ingham County Commissions.

Meetings are open to the public under the provisions of the Open Meetings Act.

Meetings are held at Tri-County Office on Aging, 5303 S. Cedar St., Building 1, Lansing, MI 48911. Meeting time and dates are subject to change. Please see the 2026 Board Meeting Schedule above.
